Do I have to live in Cecil County to join CCLA?

No, you do not have to live in Cecil County to join CCLA. However, you must own and/or operate property in Cecil County.

How will I know what events CCLA has scheduled?

One of the fastest and best ways to see what CCLA has scheduled is to keep an eye on this web site. This site is updated regularly with all of our upcoming events. CCLA also mails its members newsletters as well as notices of upcoming events.

How many members does CCLA currently have?
120 members and counting! We are very pleased with the interest people in the area have shown in this organization. We are growing and would like to have you as a member.

How much does it cost to become a member?
Annual dues vary from $35 to $100 depending on the amount of rental units you own. You can click here to download our membership form which has a detailed explanation of membership fees.

Does CCLA offer any type of residential lease forms?
Absolutely! Once you’re a member, you can enter our member’s only area. There you’ll find a sample lease and sample security agreements that have been drawn up by noted real estate attorney, Alvin C. Monshower.
